Drafting
Production drawings and design capacity for steel and machine building.
I deliver 3D models, production and assembly drawings, sheet-metal flat patterns and bills of materials, in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
01—Where I step in
A complete design
You need a machine, structure or installation and nobody in-house to draw it. I take the design from concept to production drawing, with the bills of materials and flat patterns your workshop needs.
Extra capacity for your team
Your drafters are fully booked. I take over part of the work, on site with you or remotely, in your templates and to your drawing standard.
02—Projects
Process installation with bulk transfer station
I did the complete mechanical design: layout, steel structure, platforms, stairs, guard rails and access for maintenance.
Stainless process machine
I designed the machine in 3D, with its frame, hopper, hatch, pipework and drives.
Process platform
I drew the platforms, stairs and guard rails around a process installation with hoppers.
Tank farm
I designed the steel structure with three levels of platforms around a group of tanks.
Steel stair
I drew the stair and landings in a tall void. The photograph shows the built result.
03—How it works
-
01
Send a drawing or sketch
A hand sketch, an old plan, a PDF or a STEP file. Whatever you have is enough to start.
-
02
Price and schedule
You get a price and a date when the drawings will be ready.
-
03
Drawings in your format
I deliver in your templates and drawing standard, as Inventor files, DWG, DXF, STEP or PDF.
04—About me
I am Dennis Vercauteren. I have been drawing machines, sheet metal and steel structures for 18 years, and have worked in Autodesk Inventor since 2008.
Since 2012 I have done that independently, through Kubuz in Beveren, Belgium.
