Made-to-measure sheet metal, flat pattern included.
Worktops, backsplashes, transitions, flanges. Made-to-measure sheet metal is the same product in another size, every time. With a configurator, your customer picks the sizes and options and gets a price straight away. Your workshop gets the DXF flat pattern for the laser and the press brake.
01—Where it gets stuck today
A request for a stainless worktop comes in as a sketch with sizes. Someone draws the top, places the sink and the tap holes, makes the flat pattern and works out the price. Every time again, even for a top you have made many times.
02—What the configurator does
- Worktops with folded edges, sinks, tap holes and power sockets.
- Transitions: cone, hopper or square to round, with offset and flanges.
- A size from a standard's table, as on the DIN flange.
- A size you click and type straight on the 3D model.
- The price from the same part: material, weight and operations.
- For the workshop: DXF flat patterns for the laser and the press brake, the STEP, a drawing set and the parts list.
03—Try it yourself
Three sheet metal configurators run in the showcase today. At Inoxplus, customers configure seven families of made-to-measure stainless steel, such as worktops with sinks and tap holes, backsplashes with cutouts, and hat, L and U profiles.

04—What it costs
The same offer as for every configurator: a product scan first, then a fixed price.
Product scan
€950, fixed
Half a day with your product, your drawings and your price list. Then you get a clickable first version with one size and one price on its own link, and a fixed price for the whole project. The amount comes off the project.
Configurator
from €9,500
One product family with up to 15 options and one price calculation. The quote as a PDF, the STEP and the DXF flat patterns, the parts list, in English, Dutch and French, at your own address or built into your site. Within four weeks of the scan. Larger families get their own fixed price after the scan.
Hosting and maintenance
€250 a month
Hosting, updates to the system and small changes, such as a new price or an extra size. A new product family is a new project.
05—Rather start with a flat pattern?
Do you need one part, or do you want to see how I work first? You send a sketch, a PDF or a STEP file, and you get the model, the flat patterns as DXF and the bending drawings.
